Customer Service OfficerJeddah, KSAEducation: Bachelors degree related to the fieldExperience: 1-3 Years of ExperienceLanguage: Arabic and EnglishJob Responsibilities:Receive, process, and verify the documents, job requests and inquiries submitted by clients.Prepare Job Order for clients to implement the required services.Ensure and provide quality services to customers.Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, and maintain a high level of professionalism, efficiency, quality, and competence in every client interaction.Update job order for operations in the Port-Door Management System.Deliver documents and stamps where needed to ensure execution of work.Issue invoices and archive supporting documents once execution is done for a customer shipment.Communicate customer needs related to shipments internally and acquire needed approvals for the same.Core Competencies:Working with peoplePresenting & communicating informationPlanning & organizingDelivering results and meeting customer expectationsAdapting & responding to changeCoping with pressure & setbacksAchieving personal work goals & objectivesEmployees duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
