Performance Engineer- Saudi Arabia- DammamRole Summary :The Performance Engineer works closely with the customers to create custom performance reports in order to identify performance opportunities. The Engineer supports customers via phone and email support and supervises operations team and all supporting roles. Essential Responsibilities :Analyzes the performance of the drilling rigs based on system measurements.Uses the system to create custom reports and analyze drilling data and identify performance improvement opportunities.Prepare and deliver various demos.Conduct value/performance analysis.Present webinars and technical presentations.Responsible for driving quality and process improvement.Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies in operations to ManagementClient follow-up regarding extended issues and resolutions will be a key focusCreate and document lunch and learns and additional training materialPerform deep dives on customer driven issues and concernsCollaborate with Customer Success Managers to improve Standard Operating Procedures to increase workflow and efficiencyBuild customer dashboards and support customers building their own dashboardsAssist in training of all new employeesFollow communication protocols for various customers to resolve issuesCollaborate with our Operations Automation team to improve efficiencies through automation and specializationQualifications/Requirements:Advanced knowledge of drilling and WITSML8 years in drilling industryRig experience as DD/MWDAbility to work an on-call schedule.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with teams.Thorough knowledge of navigating modern web sitesAnalytical thinking skillsAbility to identify anomalies and problem data.Ability to train others.Desired Characteristics :Ability to work remotely as needed.
