JOB PURPOSE:To assist in the supply market research while ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks. To provide ongoing reports and analysis. To Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.Key Activities:Look up the market trend analysis and aid in the supply market research to Identify potential suppliers and vendors.Track the responsibilities and ensure efficient workflow.Aid in ensuring that the supply chain requirements of the business owners are met.Assist in keeping a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with the framework from stakeholders and business owners.Analyze data and produce insights using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to procurement, ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and internal policies and laws.Support in developing sourcing strategies for different category.Assist in the development of contract templates and agreements.Provide aid in ensuring that purchase orders are complete, approved, and properly documented.Performs other related duties as assigned.SkillsJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge & Experience3 to 6 years of experience in a similar field. Education & CertificationsBachelor's Degree.
