Job PurposeThe Senior Auditor position aims to contribute significant expertise to audit activities, including audits, consultations, and follow-up efforts, enhancing the overall competency and quality of internal audits. This role plays a key part in ensuring competent resources conduct audits in compliance with audit standards.Roles And ResponsibilitiesConduct audits and related activities in line with internal audit processes and methodology, contributing 45% of time.Assess risks, discuss findings with management, assist in developing audit methodologies, stay updated on internal control changes, coach junior staff, and occasionally lead smaller audits, encompassing a range of responsibilities essential to audit excellence.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields; professional audit certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA are preferred.Over 5 years of experience in large/global business or functional areas, with prior audit experience and proficiency in governance, risk management, internal controls, and IIA Standards.Demonstrated analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and a strong commitment to ethics, diligence, and teamwork are essential.
