Job Description
- Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms in real-time.
- Review and moderate comments, posts, images, and other forms of content according to established guidelines.
- Foster positive interactions within the online community.
- Respond to user comments, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling & Publishing the monthly content plan (posts - stories)
- Enhance and assure our social media direction.
- Measure the success of every media buying campaign by data analytics.
- Follow up with customers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content and Production teams.
- Provide analytical reports
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Must Have Experience As a Social Media Moderator
- Experience in Facebook, Instagram, and other Platforms.
- Ability to write and validate Arabic content is a MUST.
- Experience in dealing with social, and digital campaigns and applications as well.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for different marketing objectives.
- Tourism field experience is a must.
- Creative.
- Very good in Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English
