Job Description

• Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms in real-time.
• Review and moderate comments, posts, images, and other forms of content according to established guidelines.
• Foster positive interactions within the online community.
• Respond to user comments, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Scheduling & Publishing the monthly content plan (posts - stories)
• Enhance and assure our social media direction.
• Measure the success of every media buying campaign by data analytics.
• Follow up with customers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content and Production teams.
• Provide analytical reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
• Must Have Experience As a Social Media Moderator
• Experience in Facebook, Instagram, and other Platforms.
• Ability to write and validate Arabic content is a MUST.
• Experience in dealing with social, and digital campaigns and applications as well.
• Social Media Strategist using social media for different marketing objectives.
• Tourism field experience is a must.
• Creative.
• Very good in Customer Service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English
