Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Research and understand customer needs and buying patterns.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with customers.
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sale.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
