Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) REQUIREMENTS :--Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field -Minimum 5 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years at managerial position. -Cost conscious, discipline, positive, resourceful in problem solving and a good team player. -Knowledge of ISO would be an advantage. -Possess strong capability to plan, organize, implement, lead and supervise day to day production activities. RESPONSIBILITIES :--Responsible for overseeing the day production activities, drawing up a production schedule. -Responsible to ensure achievement of KPI. -Responsible to ensuring that the production cost is cost effective. -Responsible to track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives. -Responsible to en sure continual improvement with overall quality of product.
