Job Type: 12 months extended. Job Responsibilities:

At least 10-15 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of banking experience as a Scrum Master is a Must
Supporting the Product Owner in refining and grooming the Product Backlog to a level which is acceptable for the delivery squad to estimate and deliver.
Coordinating and planning all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring the Agile processes are being followed.
Establishing a strong relationship with stakeholders / product owners to understand strategic, tactical, and operational challenges in Business units.
Defining technology solutions to address
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Preferably someone with 1 or 2 of the below product experience.
Payment/Remittance projects
Mobile app
Credit Cards
Lending Projects (PL, ML & AL) Personal loan Product, ML = Mortgage Lending, AL = Auto Leasing Product
Digital Wallets
CRM systems
Customer Journey flows
KYC and Retail risk controls
Websites
Loyalty programs
