Key Responsibilities Include: The role of a Senior Manager – Travel and Aviation is a leadership role within the team, responsible for building and maintaining the practice, leading multiple project engagements, opening and facilitating sales for the practice, and acting as an expert in leading strategic discussion and thought leadership (in particular on the topics of Travel and Aviation).
- Lead and manage project delivery in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that lead to strategic insights.
- Lead value analysis to generate business insights and identify value-creation opportunities for clients and Accenture.
- Contribute to the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic.
- Demonstrate skill in people management, leading, motivating, and inspiring people.
- Provide feedback and coaching to others in compliance with the Performance Achievement
- Provide support in career development and address performance concerns as necessary.
- Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
- Minimum 8-10 years of e xperience and with relevant exposure in Strategy Consulting (ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms).
- Strong current/previous consulting experience in Aviation (Airlines, Airports) either doing projects in strategy consulting or having direct experience in the industry.
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Strong financial understanding.
- Track record of leading and managing project teams to deliver client engagements in demanding environments against tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate and lead project delivery both orally and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-cultural teams.
- Must have an undergraduate degree (Business or Engineering degree from a top university is a plus)
- Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) is a plus.

This strategy role advises Corporate and Executive Management on strategic matters related to the Chemicals business and guides the development of Saudi Aramco's Downstream strategy and investment plan.<br /> <br /> <b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Advise and guide the development of Downstream strategic goals and plans to the CEO and members of Corporate and Executive Management.</li> <li>Act as a focal point for Downstream Strategies Group with the Downstream business in general and Chemicals business in particular, guiding strategic and business planning and ensuring business strategies are aligned with corporate strategies.</li> <li>Conduct strategic fit assessments and analyses for chemicals related projects and business development opportunities as well as advise in setting strategic direction and contributing to the Company's investment plan.</li> <li>Review Downstream's operating plan and contribute to annual business plan refresh with particular focus on Chemicals to ensure its alignment with the Company's strategy.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including decision makers in the Downstream business, mainly in chemicals, as well as external stakeholders including consultancies, industry experts, and leading organizations.</li> <li>Represent the company at relevant internal and external conferences and seminars and preparing presentations.</li> <li>Monitor developments in the Chemicals sector and recommend actions, which could impact the Company's performance and strategy and discern Company implications.</li> <li>Benchmark Chemicals performance and related processes, practices and technologies against relevant companies in the region and around the world.</li> <li>Initiate research and studies on topics that could impact Downstream Chemicals competitive advantage, preparing analyses and presentations for Corporate and Executive Management and various Committees.</li> </ul> <p> <p><br /> <b>Minimum Requirements</b></p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Chemicals industry with consulting experience in a major international consulting firm.</li> <li>Experience in at least one of the following Chemicals sector: Basic Chemicals (Olefins or Aromatics) or Derivatives.</li> <li>The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management or closely related disciplines from a top-tier institution.
