Maintenance Manager – Corrugated Packaging
Our client is the largest Corrugated packaging (box manufacturer) employing thousands of employees. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where you will oversee their entire manufacturing site. Role description Reporting into the Plant Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the entire Engineering & Maintenance function across their site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will also be responsible for the following: 1. Ensure company safety standards are adhered to. 2. Ensure correct manning level and competent technician skill level. 3. Ensure unscheduled machine downtime is in accordance to target. 4. Ensure planned maintenance is effective and adhered to. 5. Ensure spare part inventory is at acceptable level. 6. Ensure plant maintenance costs are within budget. 7. Ensure machine part life expectancy is achieved. 8. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager. The successful candidate must hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering of a manufacturing company, especially in corrugated industry.
