As experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-makingprocess throughout the project. Founded in 1987 with more than 35+ years of experience.
Job Description
Generated BIM models and collaborated with design professionals for integration into new projects. Able to do CAD drawings. Drafted detailed drawings of structures, specifying dimensions and materials needed. Fostered and maintained a collaborative professional working relationship with the project leadership team and client. Completed formal design intent and construction documentation. Created the Exterior facade and detailed Interior. Developed Sum Dim Set and produced Area schedule for the project. Interacted with clients to provide timely and relevant status updates. Documented all design phases, including SD, DD, and CD. Designed and specified hardscape features and walkways for the site. Worked on RCP and lighting plans (Existing-Demo & Proposed Phasing). Created proposed Interior elevation sheets with Demo & New Construction Tags. Created Door & Finish schedule for the project. Created storefront, glazing & other wall detail sheets. Worked on Reflected Ceiling plan with Lighting and Mechanical equipment. Developed numerous client presentations with high-quality renderings.Qualifications
Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Architecture,. Diploma in Civil, Diploma in ITI can be considered. #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
