Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers.
Provide detailed information about plan features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
Ensure exceptional customer service, handling and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Meet quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with audit teams during Internal & external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Handling of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Contribute to internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess the quality of customer interactions.
Achievement of individual sales and productivity targets
Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements
Thorough knowledge of products in his department
Oversee day-to-day operation
Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Delegating tasks to team members.

Requirements

Experience (Yrs& Field) : Min 2years of experience in similar role Educational Qualification : Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification Skills & Abilities: Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Teamwork, Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
