GAC is looking for a talented Quality Assurance System Tester with experience of Test Automation Frameworks to test Rest APIs, Web/HTML, Databases (Relational & Non-Relational), XML files, etc.The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing Test Automation framework from scratch, be comfortable doing manual testing, take responsibility conducting UATs with customers, be able to troubleshoot production issues, willing to mentor other QAs and adhere to industry best practices. The role also demands coordination with both external customers and internal teams. A minimum of 5 years' Test Automation experience is required.Job requirementsA Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or equivalentAround 5 years of professional experience of Test AutomationExperience on web automation testing using SeleniumExperienced building API Test Automation Frameworks from scratchExperience using Postman, SOAP UI, REST AssuredScripting and running load tests on JMeter with complex scripting and recorded testsBasic knowledge on SQL queriesBasic knowledge on API security and token-based authentication oAuth 2.0, JWTPreferably ISTQB certified Software TesterPreferably working experience on Cucumber / SpecFlowAgile certification would be a plusTesting experience of Desktop and/or Mobile applications would be a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnelCultural awareness within a multi-cultural corporate environmentStrong skills in building and maintaining relationships across IT and non-IT teamsProactively communicate and escalate issues that might impact quality
