Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Understand the job-specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Bayt, and ATS..
- Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct the interview process, including scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Manage and maintain the recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the recruitment process, and create weekly team allocation.
- ensure meeting the deadlines of work.
- Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions.
- A keen eye on minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.
- Depicting excellent command over meeting the dynamics of workspace.
- Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
- Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds as per suggestions of the top-level management.
- Bachelor Degree in HR or any related field.
