Key Responsibilities:
Should be familiar with local Authorities and regulations (Building permits, Building Completion Certificate hand over process etc.)
Must be conversant with multiple core activities performed as a part of Facilities Management.
Should have ability to assess the risks and perform/ influence decisions related to FM.
Should have ability to liaise with Governmental authorities for and on behalf of Barwa.
Should have ability to receive and respond to executive management instructions and delegate work, set clear direction to the employees.
Should have excellent communications skills with tact and patience (verbal as well as written) for dealing with Employees of all grades as well as with Local Authorities.
Should have capacity to respond to emergency situations by performing the duties assigned in compliance with company procedures as well as government regulations.
Should have ability to lead team multicultural employees.
Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
