Diploma(Electrical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical)NationalityMaleVacancy1 VacancyJob Description• Manage Electrical Rotating Machines Repair shop equipments, manpower, facility and operations in a professionalmanner.• Capable to instruct rebuild of defective mechanical parts in electric motors, generators, and related equipment, usinghand tools and power tools.• Inspect and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders orschematic drawings to determine required repairs.• Manage disassemble defective equipment and repair of parts, using gauges and tracing lathes. Record repairs required,parts used, and labor time.• Supervise reassemble repaired electric motors to specified requirements and ratings, using hand tools and electricalmeters. Rewind coils on cores in slots, or make replacement coils, using coil- winding machines.• Supervise assembling electrical parts such as alternators, generators, starting devices, and switches, followingschematic drawings and using hand, machine, and power tools.• Shall have exposure on motor design codes like NEMA, ASME, AEMT, EASA and IECEx standards.• Exhibit estimation experience in similar works, for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Cement plants.• Ensures adequate Raw material, consumables and tools are available for planned work in order to meet the workequirements, reviews tool room stock levels to ensure that stocks are maintained at adequate levels for future workprogram.• Ensure the resource planning based on the fabrication shop workload• Ensures the availability of all workshop equipment by maintaining the preventive maintenance of said equipment.• Ensures all the required trainings are met as per HSSE plan of various craft personnel who are working for Fabricationshop and Project sites.• Liaise with customer for job progress and complaints.• Develop business development plan for the fabrication shop.Desired Candidate Profile•Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering• 5-8 years' experience as Workshop lead including of at least 03yrs in Management level.• Good Communication skills, speak and write fluent in English.• Middle East Experience is Preferred• Age: Less than 35 years old• Physically FitEmployment TypeFull TimeCompany Industry Oil & Gas Department / Functional Area Maintenance Operations Keywords LV HV Electrical Motors Rewinding Motor Rewinding Motor Testing Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
