Legal advisor with experience working in any large companies.This position will provide legal representation in civil litigation and other legal proceedings/transactions, including the preparation of all legal documentation. The legal services provided are broad and span many areas of the law, but are applied mostly in commercial law. The incumbent reports directly to the President for each respective business, including.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal representation (government buildings, court, etc.)Research legal precedentsInvestigates factsPrepare legal documentsFormulate a defenseInitiate legal actionMinimum Requirements5-7 years work experience.
