**Job Purpose**:

- Oversee, communicate and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved recommended processes to align with business.

- Ensures correct and timely implementation of HR strategies and policies including HR policy guidance and interpretation for new projects.

- To comply with all legal requirements in terms of Qatar Labor law

**Key Interactions**:

- Reports: Functionally reports to Area HRD and Operationally to T.EN Qatar MD

- Internally: Management, Operations, Finance, HSE, all entity's function & T.EN Operating Centers

- Externally: Labor Authorities, government bodies, consultants, and external partners

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Manage the whole gamut of functions under HR purview including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.

- Align local processes with business requirements to bring out the most appropriate HR solutions.

- Provide advice to managers and employees on HR policies and practices and employment legislation.

- Work closely with Corporate and business to implement HR processes and deliver HR projects.

- Implement change management projects & send out relevant HR related communications to employees.

- Develop local procedures in line with Qatar labor law and group policies.

- Manage labor / government related concerns, by adhering to legal requirements related to employee visas, company licenses etc. there by, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Accountable for HR/Admin & General Services budget and reporting

- Responsible for data integration in HR systems and correctness of payroll process.

- Lead activities to fulfil ESG targets of the entity.

- Implement Employee Engagement initiatives and be aligned with the climate of the Organization.

- Build strong relationship with all stake holders to foster trust and promote collaboration.

- Oversees day to day administrative tasks, infra structure / logistics and facility management in adherence to Scope 1 & Scope 2 of the Organization

- Administratively manages the IT department, including the implementation and cost review of maintenance of software systems.

- Responsible for HR policy guidance and interpretation for new projects including international mobility by assisting employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

**Job Scope**

- Provide HR / Admin and General Services support to the entity of circa 500 (multi-cultural) work force

- Manage a team of up to 10 staff (within HR, Administration & General Services functions)

**Skills & Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field with 10-15 years of relevant experience in HR domain / similar role.

- Good understanding of Qatar labor law, compliance, and legal requirements

- Strong knowledge of HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Management & Development, and Compliance framework.

- People Management, ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment with a detail-oriented mindset for handling dynamic nature of today's workforce.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

- Strong Presentation, Planning, Organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Experience in Energy Sector.
