**Role Purpose**: The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technology solutions within an organization. This role entails ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs, are scalable and sustainable, and adhere to the highest standards of quality and security. The primary purpose of the Solution Architect is to provide strategic and technical leadership in designing and delivering technology solutions that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions incorporating necessary hardware, software, and network components to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop detailed architectural plans outlining technical specifications, components, and required infrastructure for the solution.
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural plans.
- Ensure solutions meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for the solution.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of the solution.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
**Required Competencies**:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of enterprise-level technologies including cloud computing, databases, network infrastructure, and security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and development teams.
- Strong leadership skills to lead technical teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Project management skills to manage design and implementation of technology solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
**Salary**: QAR11,974.98 - QAR32,013.73 per month
