We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier cum Telephone Operator at our restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing orders over the telephone, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.

- Operate the cash register and process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.

- Handle telephone inquiries and orders from customers.

- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and telephone station.

- Assist in packing takeout orders and coordinating delivery orders.

- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

- Adhere to all cash handling and safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a cashier or telephone operator in a restaurant or similar setting preferred but not required.

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
