Experience in Business development in façade industryWe are Hiring! Business Development Engineer/ Manager Façade Systems- KSA Preference should be immediate joiner and Arabic speakers. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Engineer/ Manager specializing in the Facade industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in this field, demonstrating a deep understanding of architectural facade systems, and construction methodologies. A proactive approach to business development, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction within the Facade sector.Responsibilitiesjob description. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue & sales targets within the Facade market segment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through generating enquire, submitting the quotation on time, converting the enquiry to job, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions utilizing our range of Facade products. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including project coordination, technical support, and post-sale services. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Engineering/ or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Facade industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Fair knowledge of architectural facade systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events. Must have his/her own car and a valid KSA Driving License.
