Responsibilities: Control the Contractors' stations and buildings maintenance and inspection activities including the OCC and administration buildingsDevelopment and execution of knowledge transfer for all stations and buildings maintenance related disciplinesManage and maintain of all stations, terminals, and related buildings to ensure they continue to be functional, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible to and supervise the construction and renovation of stations, terminals, and compliance with architectural and accessibility standards in station designs.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors during the planning and construction station maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping activities.Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices in station designs and operations.Address passenger feedback and complaints related to station facilities.Collaborate with marketing teams for station branding and promotional activities.Oversee the implementation of digital technologies and amenities in stations to enhance passenger experience.Control the Contractors' stations and buildings maintenance quality (compliance with KPIs)Produce stations and buildings related performance reports based on own inspections and maintenance management system (IBM Maximo) output Qualifications: Project management skillsRailway stations and buildings maintenance backgroundMin. academic degree: EngineeringMin. 10 years in in rail industryMin. 5 years in leadership position Min. 10 years in a similar positionInternational experience, preference GCC Deine Bewerbung Jetzt ganz einfach online den Bewerbungsprozess starten.
