Position Summary:Eram Talent is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our dynamic fashion retail team. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for fashion, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of our company.At Eram Talent, we are dedicated to connecting top talent with reputable companies. Join us in our mission to provide outstanding recruitment solutions and shape the future of fashion.Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their fashion needs, and providing personalized styling advice. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and drive repeat business. Achieve or exceed personal sales targets by actively promoting fashion products and upselling to customers. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and product knowledge to offer accurate information and recommendations to customers. Assist in merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the store by arranging products in an attractive and organized manner. Process customer transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate inventory records. Participate in inventory management activities, including receiving stock, conducting stock checks, and restocking shelves. Attend training sessions and product knowledge sessions to enhance your understanding of fashion trends and sales techniques. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion sales, preferably within a retail environment. Passion for fashion and up-to-date knowledge of current trends and brands. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work well in a team environment. High level of creativity, fashion-forward thinking, and attention to detail. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
