Working for a large holding company based in Qatar.
Contracts Manager
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
Minimum 15 years of experience
In-depth knowledge of Pre & Post Contracts Management with proven track record of successfully managing contracts for construction projects.
Drafting all project correspondence, letters, memorandums, claims (EOT/Disruptions/Variations), contract agreements for hiring suppliers/subcontractors.
Adept in FIDIC. Ability to assess the contractual, commercial & legal risks involved and propose mitigation strategies to protect the rights and interests of the company.
Knowledge of construction project management practices and processes.
Proficient in Contract Management software and Microsoft Office Applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
