Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Dashboards: Understand business needs, interpret integrated data, and translate it into actionable visualizations for informed decision-making.
- Data Preparation: Prepare business data using established processes, procedures, and systems.
- Data Analysis: Use data collection tools for analysis and management reporting, providing solutions to operational and business challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Analyze findings and communicate results effectively to various stakeholders using different formats.
- Trend Identification: Review business information to identify trends, anomalies, and respond to ad-hoc queries.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data sets are complete, accurate, and input in a timely manner for accurate reporting.
- Data Mapping: Identify appropriate data sources and map data from source to target.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL with in-depth knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle and MS SQL Server).
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
