**for bakers**:

We're seeking an experienced baker to craft a variety of treats using high-quality ingredients. You'll be responsible for following recipes meticulously, operating baking equipment, and ensuring consistent quality control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bake a variety of cakes, cookies, and other pastries

- Follow recipes precisely and maintain consistent quality standards

- Mix doughs, batters, and fillings according to specifications

- Operate ovens, mixers, and proofers

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Adhere to all food safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Strong baking skills with a proven ability to produce high-quality cakes and cookies

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**For Chefs**:

You'll be responsible for creating fruit sculptures and decorative elements to elevate our culinary presentations. You'll utilize your artistic skills and knowledge of fruit carving techniques to enhance the overall dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and carve intricate fruit sculptures for centerpieces, garnishes, and decorative displays.

- Maintain a diverse inventory of fresh fruits suitable for carving.

- Source and select high-quality fruits for optimal carving results.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of fruits to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong artistic talent and a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in various fruit carving techniques

- Knowledge of different fruits, their textures, and their suitability for carving.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent sanitation and food safety practices.

**Experience**:

- baking: 2 years (preferred)

- Fruit crafting: 1 year (preferred)
