Senior HR Payroll Officer
تفاصيل الوظيفة
- More than 5 years of experience in the field of HR Payroll.
- Arabic female is a must.
- Coordinate timely and accurate processing of the fortnightly payroll for all staff in accordance with current Enterprise Agreements, contracts and company policies and procedures including:
- Review and coding of timesheets.
- Maintenance and payment to external organizations of all related employee deductions.
- Reconciliation and recovery of workers compensation payments.
- Calculation and payment of Council employee increases, back pays and other payments as required.
- Reconciliation of all payroll related functions including fortnightly superannuation requirements.
- Updating and maintenance of payroll system history and records.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to Payroll Officers, the broader finance department and HR on payroll specific matters.
- Maintaining the integrity of the payroll system and associated processes through accurate and complete administrative and payroll processes, data entry, record keeping and document management.
- Payroll testing as required. Ensure a fair and consistent approach to payroll related enquiries and advice.
- Undertaking research and the collection of data to assist in the administration of projects.
- Assisting with any Payroll and finance projects as required.
- Continuously strive for process improvements in the payroll function.
- Assisting in the review of Payroll procedures and work instructions.
- Undertaking timely internal and statutory reporting as well as end of year and ad-hoc reporting Producing ad hoc reports including payroll, leave, pay rates, allowances, costing reports etc.) in response to customer/manager requests.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
