Assistant General Manager Head of Digital TechnologyBachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers)NationalityAny NationalityVacancy1 VacancyJob Description Job Description• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Leads of Frontend Development and DevSecOps, ensuring alignment with the bank s technology strategy and objectives.• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality, security, and compliance standards.• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the technology teams.• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement technology strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.• Ensure robust security practices are integrated throughout the development lifecycle to protect against evolving cyber threats.• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization for the Frontend Development and DevSecOps teams.• Represent the technology teams in executive meetings, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.Required Qualifications :• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing development and security teams.• Proven track record of managing technology teams in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.• Extensive knowledge of frontend development practices and DevSecOps methodologies.• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology solutions into business value.Preferred Qualifications :• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.• Professional certifications in project management, cybersecurity, or software development.• Experience with digital transformation projects in the banking sector.Facebook Mastodon Email Share Company Industry Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area IT Software KeywordsDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
