Eram Talent is currently hiring for the position of Project Completions Manager for one of our esteemed clients in the Oil & Energy industry. As a leading talent acquisition company, Eram Talent specializes in providing top-notch recruitment solutions and connecting skilled professionals with the right opportunities. The Project Completions Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of completion activities for projects, ensuring successful project delivery within schedule and budget. Responsibilities Develop and execute project completion strategies, plans, and procedures. Oversee the management of completion activities and resources. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of completion activities within the overall project plan. Monitor and track project completion progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and specifications. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team. Prepare and present project completion reports and updates to management. Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement improvements for future projects.
