Facilitate easy decision-making for top-level management through prompt provision of in-depth recruitment records.Plans and fulfills recruitment timelinesEnsure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.SkillsDemonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions.Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process.Proven work experience as a Recruiter Apt in deciding the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario.Bachelor's degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
