Job Description: HCM FunctionalConsultantPositionOverview:We are seeking an experienced HCMFunctional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate shouldhave extensive knowledge and handson experience in Human CapitalManagement (HCM) modules with a strong focus on functional aspects.The role involves working closely with clients to understand theirbusiness requirements and configuring HCM solutions to meet theirneeds.Responsibilities:Collaboratewith clients to gather and analyze business requirements related toHCM processes.Configure and customize HCMmodules to align with clientrequirements.Provide expertise in areas suchas Core HR Payroll Time and Attendance Benefits Administration andTalent Management.Conduct workshops trainingsessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successfulimplementation and adoption of HCMsolutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to HCM functionality andconfiguration.Stay updated with the latesttrends and best practices in HCM technology and advise clientsaccordingly.Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.78 years of experience in implementingand supporting HCM solutions.Strongunderstanding of HCM processes and industrystandards.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.Ability to workeffectively in a multiculturalenvironment.Arabic language proficiencypreferred.Duration: 3 Months (with potentialfor extensioncommunication,capital,arabiclanguage proficiency,human capital management(hcm),management,business requirements,talentmanagement,payroll,time and attendance,core hr,benefitsadministration,interpersonal skills
