Aftersales Operations Manager

• District management and supervision • Inspection and evaluation of service dealers • Establishment and maintenance of service standards • Operational management of service dealerships • Management of customer complaints and grievances • Formulation of service policies to enhance customer experience • Addressing complaints from social media platforms • Conducting Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) research • Administration of service contracts and extended warranty agreements • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations • Flexibility: Willingness to travel throughout the region as required • Language requirement: English & Arabic; Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do. #J-18808-Ljbffr
