Responsible for quality assurance managementand implementation of the Project Project-widerole - ensures that documentation, the various inspection controlprocesses, all testing procedures and materials/equipmentsubmittals are properly implemented and fully comply to the ProjectRequirements and QMS Advice and supportsubcontractors in the QMS requirements Directlyassists the Quality Manager for analysis, consolidation andpresentation of Project Key Performance Indicators (e.g. NCRs,audits, inspection approval rates, MAF approvals, procurement,design, etc.) Participate in prequalificationaudits, factory audits upon request from theproject. Plan and coordinate internalaudits. Carry out follow-up and surveillanceaudits as and when required. Provides technicaland functional support and facilitates the interfaces of thevarious QC teams. Able to spot any issues ornonconformance that could potentially have an important effectwhich needs the attention of the QualityManager. Requests the intervention of theQuality Manager in the event of difficulties encountered inimplementing the Integrated Management System.Critical role in the review, completeness, traceability andauditability of Quality records and as-build packages throughoutthe project life cycle. Conduct QualityWorkshops Ensure that all the QMS proceduresare understood and perform training asrequired.
