Responsiblity:Discussingand establishing qualification requirements and terms andconditions of employment withmanagers.Formulatingdetailed job descriptions and postingthem.Conductingphone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualifiedcandidates.Interviewingcandidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employeesfor futurevacancies.Mediatingbetween candidates and hiringmanagers.Usingweb-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends,post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during thehiringprocess.Producingreports on hiring plans andstrategies.Measuringthe results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiringmetricssoftware.RevisingHR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices areimplemented.Analyzingrecruitment software and the performance of recruitment agenciesand recommending improvements orchanges.
