Represents the organization in an honest,ethical and professional manner and encourages others to do so inline with the framework.Manages finances and budget based onassigned area of responsibility.Define metrics, tools, andprocesses to improve sourcing, supplier activities, andefficiencies.Leads the provision of savings and cash operatingprograms in its categories (products / services).Consistently driveoperational excellence in strategic sourcing.Develops/followssuperior procurement management strategies and practices toeffectively derive maximum value from procurement.Formulates andmanages a strategic plan that captures the total value ofprocurement to maintain competitiveadvantage.
