This senior level role is mainly responsiblefor delivering business growth in term of profit and revenue inDental product lines. This objective is achieved through executionof sales plan in line with the unit and principalstrategies. KEYRESPONSIBILITIESDevelopa comprehensive and effective market business plan aimed atachieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by thebusiness unit Manager.Communicate salesoperations requirements in an accurate and timely manner asdirected by management.Analyze the changingmarket environment and customer requirements and providemarketplace issues results and feedback with the business unitManager.Develop strong customer relationshipsand communicate their needs and goals between other company teammembers.Accountable for delivery of revenueand profit assigned by the business.Ensure agrowing relation with external parties by maintaining a constantcommunication and coordination with clients and suppliers to ensurebusiness continuity.Deliver and providesupport to customer's inquiries, negotiate pricing& offers with vendors to best meet the businessrequirements.Prepare quotations andfeasibility studies.Follow up on agreementsand tenders' submissions related to hisspecialty.Review receivables &payables regularly and communicate with stakeholders to ensuretimely collection of revenues andpayment.Extend their market research anddefine Market coverage needs and discuss market expansion andfuture opportunities with the business unitmanager.Ensure product inventory related totheir specialty is updated and avoid commitment that may destroyreputation of the principal by closely monitoring inventory reportthrough supply chain data and customerservice.Use customer satisfaction andcomplaints data from the quality assurance to gain insights toenable sound business decision making and maintain high level ofclient satisfaction.Monitor supplierperformance evaluation and coordinate further mitigationplans.Coordination with all parties includingthe customer service and project team for a project is related totheir department till ending theproject.Submit all required documents and signthe hand over certificate by thecustomer.Ensure that the customer is satisfiedwith our equipment and service afterdelivery.Prepare a monthly /quarterlyforecast.Prepare a Monthly/Quarterly/YearlySales Report.Monitor and prepare technical andcommercial proposals & offers.Preparefeasibility study and other relevant projects as required by thebusiness.Analyse market trend and conductresearch to identify new markets, new product-worthiness andformulate strategies for team leads to maintain high performanceenvironment.Manage stock to ensure zero stockloss.Analyse accounts receivable ageingreports and provides reports to business unitmanager.Recruit product specialists, setobjectives, train and coach them, and monitor theirperformance.
