Managing the FM contracts with 100% clientsatisfaction and reporting to OM/GM on the updates of projects.Responsible for the P&L target achievement, financialreporting as well as the collection. • Assign andschedulework tasks with other facility technicians and distributework assignments • Managing and Supervising the Softand/or Hard services staff to perform and deliver their services inaccordance with the contract SLAs and/or to meet the PPM and CMtargets as per agreed Maintenance schedule. • Ensuringthat all staff are strictly adhering to the Project HSE standardsand to maintain the communication and coordination with HSEdepartment to provide necessary training, Induction and awarenessas deemed required • Managing budgets and controlling Costand expenses accordingly • Close coordination with theClient representatives to ensure full satisfaction as well as toact upon any concerns or reported issues • Ensuring thatfacilities meet government regulations and that All Authoritiesapproval or Certifications are secured • Ensuring that allthe contract obligations are fulfilled and abiding by theCommunication Protocol set forth in the Project contract •Drafting reports and making written recommendations •Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. •Execute equipment audits and recordtaking policies. •Ensure compliance with all security protocols. • Maintainadequate parts inventory and order items as necessary. •Responsible to conduct regular evaluation of the team'scapabilities in order to identify weaknesses and seek necessaryimprovements (i.e. Training,Replacement,etc.)
