You will assist line managers to understandand implement policies and procedures in a range of Human Resourcesfunctions which include but not limited to recruitment, manpowerbudget, employee welfare, disciplinary procedures, employeebenefits and general administration. You will operate as theprimary point of contact to the Business Support department,ensuring information flow and sharing of knowledge, provideprofessional human resources administration and project assistanceto the HR Management. Other accountabilities include but notlimited to below • To act as first point of contact forincoming queries from internal and external customers. •Manage and coordinate internal and external communications.• Providing input on all compensation and benefits relatedmatters including new offers, pay reviews, promotions, transferswithin policies and guidelines. • Ensure compensation andbenefits related databases are maintained accurate and up to date.• Develop administrative procedures to monitor and reducecosts, as well as improve the delivery of programs. • Leadand manage the internal magazine from start to end. •Assist and explain procedures and policies in response toinquiries. • Establish & maintain confidentialfiling system, categorize & maintain manuals, sensitivecorrespondence & other source material. • GeneralHR administrative support for line managers and employees.• Suggest continuous improvement in the team'sprocess and procedures.
