Opening/initiating internalorders, notifications, and maintenance work-orders usingSAP.Planning activities along with requiredresources for maintenance tasks.Coordinatingwith relevant parties to order necessarymaterials.Tracking and monitoring allmaintenance activities in the designatedarea.Planning equipment isolation and safetyprecautions, estimating craft man-hour requirements for jobsteps.Creating weekly and daily schedules byconsidering backlog and aligning with operationpriorities.Ensuring availability of requiredresources before scheduling work and obtaining necessaryapprovals.Updating maintenance order statusesand following up until orders arecompleted.Monitoring daily progress ofmaintenance activities and providing feedback to supervisors andexecution teams.Updating maintenance historyand technical completion details for all work orders before closingthem.Ensuring availability of materials,manpower, and services on-site.Processing thereturn of support equipment and machines after use (e.g., crane,forklift, air compressor).Maintaining regularcontact and coordination with various parties including OperationsForemen, Maintenance Supervisors, and personnel to clarify workscopes, resource requirements, status updates, and futureplans.Developing detailed plans for job steps,including proper execution sequence, craft man-hour estimates, andcrew size requirements for eachstep.
