Daily andMonthlyResponsibilitiesLiaise withclients to understand role requirements in order to source the mostsuitablecandidatesWrite and posttechnical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, socialmedia and any other relevantchannelsSource, screenand compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for varioustechnicalrolesInterviewcandidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews,technical assessments and behavioralquestions)Build acandidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates -ensuring candidate data is keptupdatedParticipate intech conferences and meetups to network with ITprofessionalsKeep up-to-datewith new technological trends to form strategic conversations withclients on future hiringneedsRequirementsSkillsandQualificationsProven workexperience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical RecruiterHands-onexperience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, GoogleHangouts)Technicalexpertise with an ability to understand and explain jobrequirements for ITrolesExperience usingLinkedIn Talent Solutions to source qualitycandidatesExcellent verbaland written communicationskillsStrong tenacityand ability to build a solidnetworkPreferredQualificationsDegree in HR,communications, marketing, business or similar 2years IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agencyroleStrongexperience in sales, business development or client developmentrolesSkills and Qualifications Proven work experience in recruitment -ideally as a Technical Recruiter Hands-on experience with variousinterview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts) Technicalexpertise with an ability to understand and explain jobrequirements for IT roles Experience using LinkedIn TalentSolutions to source quality candidates Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Strong tenacity and ability to build a solidnetwork Preferred Qualifications Degree in HR, communications,marketing, business or similar 2 years IT or Tech recruitmentexperience in a 360 agency role Strong experience in sales,business development or client development roles
