Assists in the development of theProject Safety, Health and Environment Plan(PSHEP).Monitor the construction activitiesagainst the requirements of the project's health, safetyand security management plan.ProvidesSH&E expertise and ensures project compliance withCorporate SH&E requirements.Providestechnical supervision of SH&E performance, qualificationsand programs.Assist and participate inSH&E trainingProvides the project withhealth and safety expertise and ensures the project complies withcorporate H & S requirements.Checksafety requirements in the Method Statements and monitor theimplementation during construction.Checkproper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safetyequipment.Check and ensure that all equipmenthas been tested by third parties as required and all operators havethe proper permits.Check the site security,fire, first aid and welfare facilities and ensure that allprocedures appropriate to the Works are provided and properlymaintained.Check and ensure that all agreedsafety standards and applicable regulations areobserved.Assist and participate in site safetytraining.
