Greeting patients visiting thefacility, answering any questions they may have and helping themfill out the required formsAnswering phonecalls, creating appointments, directing the calls as required andhandling all queriesInforming the Doctor,Nurse or other healthcare facilitators about impendingappointmentsMaintaining a filing system forall patient documents and reportssubmittedAnswering emails and other electronicmessages as requiredCreating invoices andbills, processing insurance forms and managing vendors andcontractorsManaging inventory and placingorders as requiredTranscribing all notes anddocuments related to treatments
