This is a remote This is a100% remote position that is a hybrid inside sales/outside salesrole (80/20). The base salary range is $65,000-$70,000+ withuncapped commission and the potential to make $90-100K+ the firstIn this role, you would serve as anintegral piece of my client's brokerage The ideal candidate hasprevious brokerage sales experience, in 3rd party logistics, with astrong Dry Truckload, Flatbed/Specialized, LTL, and Intermodal;The candidate should expect an 80-20ratio of Inside to Outside Sales, preferably, will have anestablished network of customers/contacts and possess a workingknowledge of selling freight brokerage services and;My client is a family owned companyand they are lean and aggressive and looking to expand their;You could be part of that! They arelooking for a self-motivated individual that will get out there andsell the The qualified candidate will be self-sufficient, ready towork, and eager to help them ;RequirementsRequirements: 3 years proven Sales experience, preferablywith a 3PL Brokerage, with a strong Dry Truckload,Flatbed/Specialized, LTL, and Intermodal ;Highly organized and attentive todetail Extensive phone and verbalcommunication skills Create salesleads by networking, cold-calling and building/maturingrelationships with existing / new clientele to identify businessopportunities Develop a salesstrategy in concert with management directionProduce reports and work product as required Maintain composure andprofessionalism during difficult and stressful situations Problem solve and providesolutions that meet and exceed customerexpectations Provide excellentcustomer service and interpersonal skillsPossess a strong sense of urgency and timemanagement Display the ability towork independently and as a teamExperience selling to C- Levelexecutives Minimal Travel Required Bachelor's degree in Business,Transportation, Logistics or related experience preferred Computer literate with anunderstanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) Benefits Company offers paid medical, vision, andvacation Monthly mileage &cell phone allowances Competitivebase salary, bonus and commission 3 years proven Salesexperience, preferably with a 3PL Brokerage, with a strong DryTruckload, Flatbed/Specialized, LTL, and Intermodal Highlyorganized and attentive to detail Extensive phone and verbalcommunication skills
