Manage the communication of theorganization with clients via means like emails, telephones, andwebsitesRespond to inquiries made by clientsabout company products and services in a timely and friendlymannerAct as link between the organization andthe clients to ensure clients take more interest in products andservices rendered by the businessorganizationUndertake and monitor researchesto provide highly needed support for the business developmentteamIdentify and communicate with new businessleads for the organizationConduct research andalso make delivery on any intelligence that will have strong impacton proposition development for any new investment project of theorganizationDevelop good knowledge regardingpriority sectors, like market routes and trends; this enables theorganization improve on its effectiveness in servicedeliveryProvide required support for theorganization's business development team, especially inactivities relating to accountmanagementPerform various tasks, likerecording minutes during meetingsDevelopoperational contacts, which will provide needed support for thetasks undertaken by the organization's businessdevelopment team
