JobTitleDepartment:CommercialJob location: DohaQatarReporting to: CommercialManagerPurpose of theJobTo achieve substantial financial growth ofnet new and existing customers by developing relationships andinterest in Aramex solutions based on customerrequirements.JobResponsibilitiesGenerate and Nurtureleads in coordination with vertical marketing and field marketingactivities that will help generate targeted new revenuegrowth.Nurture leads and create opportunitieswithin portfolio of assigned geographies through a valuebasedapproach.Manage and grow existing businessesto generate targeted and sustainable revenue (additional regionsadditional products).Understand and analyzethe big picture of customers business objectives in order to buildthe profile & act as a consultant for customers businessstrategy.Translates customer strategy intomeaningful opportunities of value forAramex.Present solutions to customersdemonstrating value for business and goalalignment.Identify & develop effectiverelationships with key contacts within targeted customerorganizations in respective regions to ensure maximum leverage forAramex.Work closely with the solutions groupto define innovative solutions that provide value to customersbusiness operations.Collaborate with accountmanagers to create a seamless customerexperience.Perform all aspects of the salesprocess and input & update all customer informationutilizing CRM.Network with industry peer group& other internal affiliates to roll out best provenpractices as relevant.Engages in research forthe purpose of expanding personal and company knowledge of industrytrends best practices marketing andsales.Ability to influence all customers (bothinternal & external) on issues that impact thebusiness.Expert in consultative sellingtechniques and account planning skills.Workwith vertical marketing and Oil & Gas field marketing todevelop accountbased marketing activities lead generation and leadnurturing.Job Requirements(Experience and education)Bachelorsdegree in business or any other fieldMin. 2years of relevant working experience preferably in the ExpressFreight Industries and to have knowledge in Logistics industry aswell.Fluent in English.
