Early Business Contracts Manager

Developing and updating contracts regardingadditional services or deleting any of the services agreed upon inthe organization's original contract.Ensurethat all deadlines and conditions outlined in contracts (e.g.purchases and payments) are met.Signing contracts incoordination with the relevant authorities in the company andkeeping original copies of concluded contracts.Carryingout any assignment or other tasks related to the job under theguidance of the Head of the Purchasing and ContractsDepartment.Inform the Head of the Purchasing andContracts Department of any deviations or violations of contractterms.Review and update current contracts, and explainterms and conditions to managers and interestedparties.Negotiating contract terms with internal andexternal business partners.Follow up on contractvalidity periods to determine renewal dates whennecessary.
