EY is supporting our clients globally todevelop strategies, design and build innovative solutions totransform, sustainably. In MENA, you will join a growing team ofsustainability professionals in our Consulting Service Line,presenting a unique opportunity to make a real difference. You willbe driving the delivery and implementation of market-leadingprojects, consulting on key strategic issues in the region,building networks, as well as driving market activities and clientside delivery of sustainability-related products and services.There are a wide range of exciting projects that you will be ableto get involved in, across energy, infrastructure, finance andgovernment sectors. You will work with clients at all levels tohelp them navigate the sustainability agenda. Topics we coverinclude: - Decarbonisation: decarbonisation technology,science-based targets, strategies, capital allocation and businesscase development, emissions trading - Climate resilience: climatemitigation and adaptation, climate scenario analysis, adaptationstrategies - Energy: new energy strategies, renewables andhydrogen, energy efficiency - Natural capital: valuing naturalcapital, environmental strategies - Sustainability-related issues:reporting (e.g. TCFD, TNFD, ISSB), ESG strategy, implementation anddelivery of sustainability transformation strategies - Businessstrategy: influencing capital flows and decision-making processes,value chain sustainability - Implementation: supporting our clientsto deliver upon commitments • *Key Responsibilities**: -Sustainability technology development and management, support withthe management of our sustainability technology alliance ecosystem,including assets and accelerators. Specifically, there is a need tobuild and manage data-enabled climate assets tailored to the MENAregion that leverages and integrates with EY's existingassets and accelerators. - Provide advice to clients on thechallenges, implications and opportunities of the climatetransition and broader sustainability-related issues. Your insightswill play a critical role in improving the sustainabilityperformance of an organisation. - Deliver keysustainability-related projects for our clients on theabovementioned topics, including supporting and/or leadinglarge-scale programs of work. - Work with the project heads, leadteams or parts of teams on engagements, keeping a clear focus onanticipating and identifying risks, and escalate issues asappropriate. - Collaborate with the wider team to identify andseize business development opportunities in the MENA region. Yourexpertise in sustainability and climate advisory will beinstrumental in winning impactful and transformational projects. -Support and drive the preparation of proposals in relation to ourConsulting offerings to our clients. It is important to collaboratecross service lines to ensure the clients needs are addressed withour best of firm capabilities. - Create innovative and commercialinsights and solutions for clients, adapt methods and practices tofit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thoughtleadership. - Actively contribute to improving operationalefficiency on projects and internal initiatives, consistentlydriving projects to completion making sure that the work deliveredis industry leading. - Working closely with colleagues, create apositive learning culture and coach and counsel junior team membersand help them to develop. - Collaborate with colleagues outside ofConsulting to deliver multi-disciplinary and cross-geographicalwork. • *Skills and attributes for success** As a SeniorManager, you would be expected to manage projects and teams as partof a range of projects, as well as playing a key role in thedelivery of technical work. It is essential that you bring thecompetencies that will allow you to do this, such as: - You shouldpossess the skills to build and manage data-enabled assets,leveraging data analytics to provide valuable insights to clients.- Build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders tofoster collaboration and drive climate initiatives effectively. -Lead and develop a team of practitioners, guiding them to deliverexceptional results and achieve project goals. - Deeply understandthe complexities of climate change and possess proficiency in dataanalytics to derive meaningful insig
