Plan, coordinate and supervise all liftingactivities in the project.Ensures all thelifting gears are valid and in operationalcondition.Conduct pre-task talks to brief alllifting team members (i.e., crane operators, riggers and signalmen)on the Lifting Plan, risk control measures and safe liftingprocedure before the commencement of any liftingoperation.Ensures all the lift/rigger followsand practice policies as set in the Lifting OperatorsManual.Prepare the Lifting Plan and also ensurethe validity of Permit-To-Work (PTW) prior to start of liftingoperation.Ensures that the operators of mobilecranes and all related lifting equipments conduct pre-operationcheck using company prescribed checklist.Checkthe weight of loads and radius to ensure proper understanding isacquired prior to lifting operation.
