Previous Marketing experience in asimilar environmentExperience of managing andmotivating a team along with evidence of driving successful teamresultsExperience of developing, creating andmanaging promotional campaigns and marketing and PR activities withassociated costs and working to budgetrestraintsComplete understanding of keyfunctions relating to marketing and PR strategies and initiativeswhilst managing multiple work streamsCollegeDegree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or HotelManagementExperience in developing andimplementing effective and realistic marketing and PR plans andstrategies, including budget evaluation, extensive communicationwritten work, management andreportingDemonstrates ability to interacteffectively with various levels ofmanagementOutstanding communication skills inall areas of writing, listening and speaking English.
